AHH! I need serious help!

Ok I know this may sound pretty stupid, but I have absolutely no clue how to work this. I DLed it and everything, but how is the hell do I get started? How do I get connected and DL songs and stuff? I don't have the first clue on how to work this thing. Can you give me like dummie step by step instructions on what to do? Thank you sooo much! Hope to hear from ya! Later daze! ;D
