File Requests

Can anyone suggest where I can post/reply/discuss file requests? You know, I'm looking for a particular file that isn't sitting in someone's shared folder at the moment, but could easily be made available if they knew I wanted it. Of course, the relationship would be reciprocal! I'm a sharer, not a taker.
