why does search not find?

i just downloaded nutella. i have windows me. i cant get search to find anything. what is proper way to type search?

First, which client do you have?
Anyway, this might sound stupid, but make sure you're connected. When I first got LimeWire, I tried searching right off the bat without even connecting. That could be a problem. You also might have a better chance if instead of searching for "The band-the song" or whatever, just search for "The Band" or "The Song"
