Songs download as qiucktime instead of MP3
 

I just downloaded some songs and they are in qiucktime instead of mp3 format. Is there a command to have them download as mp3. I can convert them in itunes but it takes more time. Thanks

I would suggest posting this in the gnutella client form under the appropriate client. Perhaps there, there are documented instances of your problem.

When you selected your files where they .MP3 ?

If yes, the problem lies with quicktime , it sees itself as the main MP3 player. you could change this under quicktime options.

If no, they just are what they are, quicktime files.
