 Dude I'm an evil moderator (see left), get it? BTW: If I'm failing to write a Gnutella client (and I'm currently not), then it's my fault since I don't know how to code. Gnutella is not capitalistic at all, in fact it is the best protocol. Not the most efficient but the most open and free one. Look at Fasttrack, it's quite fast, you get almost everything you want and it's commercial, the protocol is licensed, Gnutella's is not. Gnutella is still evolving, as I said, it sucks, I don't even use it if I want to get some files real quick but I still run an Ultrapeer. That's an disadvantage in every democratic system, it's SLOW but that doesn't mean a dictator is better. What comparison. Anyway...  |
