Today at 12am PDT at thebighack.org the deadline for the amnesty program offered to the Copyright Industry Associations of America passed with no response. At this time the decision was made to deprecate the entire media monopoly system as planned. All businesses based around the hoarding of information have been summarily rendered obsolete.

The OFF System is the first in a new class of "brightnets". OFF is not slow because encryption is unnecessary and swarming is mandatory. All files are split into small chunks and encoded in a way that re-uses each chunk as parts of many different files.
