 Gnutella and P2P acting sluggish Has anyone noticed that P2P networks are downloading at a sluggish rate or not at all? I've checked Bear...Lime...Gnucleus...etc. etc. and all seem to be slowing down. I am not the only one I personally know who has noticed this happening.  |
