Ultrapeers in Asia

Can anyone point me in the direction of any ultrapeers which are based anywhere in Asia - preferably Japan, but anywhere on this side of the globe (Australian, even)?

All the ones I ever connect to seem to US-based, and it would be a lot quicker for me (out here in the wilds of Japan) to connect to something local...
