leeches

hi there, i believe in sharing and am tired of people downloading from me and not sharing. i've changed my advanced settings and have redefined what is a freeloader but when i monitor what is being downloaded from me, most people are not sharing.
any suggestions on how to prevent these leeches?? thanks
