Default libraries, playlists, etc

As a former napster user I am completely confused as to how to establish playlists and play them. When I open a "new folder", how do you get a song or songs into that folder? Right clicking the song only gives me the options to launch, delete, or refresh.
If I finally get a group of songs into a folder, does that become a playlist, and will Windows Media Player play the entire list?

I'm a bit dense when it comes to this stuff, but I found Napster much easier to use.

Thanks

If it's in my library, isn't it already on my hard drive?

Everything I've downloaded to date is in one folder. I guess I can create a folder with various lists, but how do I get them out of the one large folder?

At the bottom right hand corner of the "WINAMP PLAYLIST" window, there's a "LIST OPTS" button. Click that button and go to "SAVE LIST".

You can just drag them into another folder.

Default It is true...

That Limewire does not have a built in mp3 player correct? I have limited use with limewire, I mostly just use asiayeah.com due to an annoying firewall. I do use winamp, however have found it to be quite a buggy program! (crashing on my computer constantly!)

Correct.

That's strange; over the last few years, I've found WinAmp to be one of the most stable programs I've ever used.
