![]() I am putting in a new 200g to replace my old 14g and transfering the info from the 14 but not putting it back in. I am not very tech savy but can pass the info to the tech doing the transfer. Thank you for the quick reply. |

![]() I'm not the most Windows savvy (I use a mac), but I think it should be ok. So long as everything else goes back where it's supposed to. If probs then try a repair or else you may need to remove it & re-install it. But that won't affect your previous downlds/incompletes so long as you're careful not to delete that folder & to put the older incomplete folder contents into the new one. |

![]() I don't know much or anything about registry keys. Peerless would be the know there. But the only files I'm aware LW installs is the program folder, the preferences, your LW downld folder wherever you set it to be, & the incomplete folder. Just those items. I think Peerless should expand here on any necessary details about the installation registry. And if it should be a key component to maintain for the new HDD. (Putting you on the spot Peerless sorry!) ![]() Last edited by Lord of the Rings; January 24th, 2005 at 04:12 PM. |
