Why Oh Why ???

Plaese can anyone help me?

I am new to the hole limewire thing but have enjoyed the download experience from my home computer.

My problem comes when i try to download from my lap top at work.

whenever i go on the limewire site the connection is on the lowest settings.

Can anyone tell me why this is?

And how i may be able to change it to a faster connection.
