Default Host address

When you click on a file to download it will give you the option to browse host. If you choose to browse the host, a window at the top of the column header will open with the host's address inside of it (I assume that is what it is). Is there anyway to return to their address directly, so you could access their files specificly at a future time. Sometimes you may be downloading while you are away from the computer and someone will close you out and you can't find that specific host again. I mainly want to know if there
is anyway to make use of those numbers to relocate that specific
host at a later time.

In my version of Limewire, in the "search" tab, there are 3 buttons at the bottom, on the left: "keyword", "what's new" and if I click on the arrow, the 3rd button will appear, it says "direct connect". Maybe you can use that function to connect to the host you found. Try typing the IP address followed with the port number (very often, it's ":6346").
I'm not sure if this answers to your question. Hope this will help you.

I wish that would work for me!!!

When I turn on limewire, the resolution on my screen changes, in fact, I'm not sure, but it seems to go into safe mode, though I don't see the word/phrase "safe mode" anywhere when it does.

In this condition, I see a remark "Enter the address of a friend you'd like"

followed by another line starting two lines lower "When your friends want to connect to you " and can't read the rest of what's there, no scrolling down by any means.

Can I change this 'Toys R Us' video setting on my pooter? I have a 17" screen Toshiba Qosmio.

DES181419, there's no easy way to save IP's. People have asked for buddy lists, but the numbers change too much for many sources.

You can turn on the search column that shows the Location(s)--the IP numbers--of the source(s). Right-click column headers to select the optional ones.

If it's a single number, you can try to copy and paste it later in the Direct Connect search box sadlander mentioned.

However, many IP's are dynamic and change, so the easiest way to find the file/host is just do do another search. I found saved IP lists get stale pretty quickly and are too much hassle to maintain.
