How do you Yell at Gnuteela?

My daughter donwloaded and paid for limewire pro and a couple months later her computer died. Now she wants her limewire back and there is no way to write to them. Everytime she tries their readout says her email doesnt exist. They wont accept her email address because they say she isnt a paid customer. Does anyone know what these jerks email address is ? I can't believe a company as big as limewire gnutella has no email settings for normal people to write to them.
