Hello,
I am a novice computer user...fairly new to limewire. I noticed many videos of child porn. Some of these videos are labelled something different. In other words, you don't know what you are downloading! It is pretty discusting!!!!

Is there any way, we could report these creep's that prey on these young children or peddle their filth on the network? I believe in our right to freely share information, but with this type of filth being peddled, it kinda makes it not worth sharing.

I think if you make a search using the search button, above right, you will find many posts on the subject and I have not looked at a single one, but You can make a note of the ip numbers of guilty hosts and report them to suitable authorities and it is likely that they will take suitable action. In these enlightened time they can probably do no more than lock them up and throw the key away. And let's hope they do! just remember that, like Pete Townshend, you can be in serious trouble if you even have that filth on your computer atall.

hi there i also agree this is a serious matter and it should be dealt with. i had the same problem but ive half sorted it by going to my options and in the filter settings put in words i dont want my limewire to show this way when searching it blocks out all the filthy stuff that sickos have on thier computers. i guess this may help u.

your better of using BearShare lite for that scenario..it will list all IP addys of the users sharing the file...
