Upload Speeds
 

I download alot of big files and its starting to bother me that when i go to download something from a someone with a T3 connection it only goes 0.5 to 5.0kb/sec . And I know its not just my connection speed because sometimes when i download from a T3 person the speed is 50kb/sec. People are changing the dedication of their upload speed...thats fine with me but not so low. It wont hurt u and it will make things easier for alot of people.
