![]() Hello all, I am behind a university firewall. High speed downloads through Gnutella or clients were never a problem. Just recently the download rates I am able to find are all less than 1kbit. I am able to find hosts and search for files but download speeds are always crawling. When connecting from home (cable access) no problem. Any ideas as to what could be causing this and if so, suggestions on fixing the problem? All comments and suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks. |
