I was wondering if someone could explain to me the relationship of the Gnutella network in relation to other music download sites? I was using a site called 360share which also used the Gnutella network. the similarities of that site and limewire are pretty much the same. and now 360share is no longer up an running for some reason. are both sites operated by gnutella?

360 Share is a scam version of LW

Neither that or LW are actually sites...you don't download from a server. The applications connect to other computers using the Gnutella network.

Along the same lines....I just downloaded the LW program after uninstalling the 360share pro program (or so I thought) however when I dbl click on the LW icon the interface still says 360Share Pro at the top... any thoughts??? Did the uninstall for 360Share not complete?
