Yes, this is the cd_clint.dll (Cydoor), which Kazaa needs to run. It doesn't do anything, though, because it's not the REAL Cydoor. It's just there so Kazaa doesn't throw fits. Watch out, though, if you delete it Kazaa will install a new version, which is (I think) the real thing. If you want to know if it's real or not, right-click on the file and click on properties > version. If it's not the real Cydoor it will say version 1.0.0.0, if it's the real version it will have some other version number. Or you can jsut open up the program and see it it has ads or not. If it does, you have spyware. The reason Ad-Aware thinks it's spyware is because it only checks file names and not what's actually in the file.

If you want to actually see what they're using, go here, download the file, and read the README. (You can also use this file yourself to get around the Ads and Spyware in other programs that rely on Cydoor.)

You can also read Kazaa Lite's explanation here.

Also, read the pop-up that says IMPORTANT NOTICE again after you install Kazaa Lite.

BTW, this really doesn't belong in this forum since this is a Gnutella forum, but, oh well. Kazaa Lite has their own forums here, if you want to ask someone there about it.
