please help! (downloading from lots of hosts, 0 KB/s)

im downloading games and a movie and they have lots of hosts but there is no speed. it just keeps saying 0 KB/s. can someone please help me as ive never had this problem before. :(

well the only thing that come to mind is that yours or there lw is set with allowable bandwidth for download/upload is set to low.
