please help! (downloading from lots of hosts, 0 KB/s)

im downloading games and a movie and they have lots of hosts but there is no speed. it just keeps saying 0 KB/s. can someone please help me as ive never had this problem before.

well the only thing that come to mind is that yours or there lw is set with allowable bandwidth for download/upload is set to low.
