infected peer to peers

morpheus, audiogalaxy, kazaa (specifically!!!!) and the rest of these types of peer to peers have been infected with a scripted virus, apparently loaded into a banner. they are now completely unusable. there is no current way to protect your system with any scan program. the virus loads iteself, sends your address to a remote server, which in turn starts to randomly send various worms, horses etc. winmx has no banners, and so far is still safe. replys to me are welcome.
