How do you get around ISP port throtteling?

My ISP just switched from @home to Mediacom and it seems that they are limiting my bandwidth on the regular Gnutella ports. The reason I say this is because when someone connects to me using the Web they download at 100+K per sec and when just using the normal client I'm topping out at 15k down and up. What needs to be done to get around this?
