Any way to test for blocked ports?

Yeah I'm at school, and I am wondering how I can test to see which ports they have blocked. Any programs that do this? Is there any way to get any Gnutella Network clients to work?? Would a port mapping app such as WinRoute help me??? Any ideas or solutions would rock...

Shields up located on http://grc.com/ will show whether common ports are open.
