 Upload connection limit??? Is there a way to restrict the number of upload connections on my client? All the upload threads are pressing my overall bandwith and almost no data is transfered over the line (Especially the download rate is lousy. :-) Just a question of a newbie. Would be fine if someone lends me a helping hand.  |
