I have NO idea what the hell I'm doing

Ok,

So I install and I'm trying to figure out what to do next. I've added the supplied host address but in the Info Sent/Rcv/Drop all it says is Connecting.

What am I doing wrong? What else do i need to set up?

Which client are you using? Does the number of hosts/files increase?
