There is actually a very handy thread here on these forums with a nice ascii art picture of bearshare clustering. I'm sure if you bothered looking around for the information you could stop wasting peoples time here.

describe it with your own words, briefly. no escape with pictures somewhere, explain it to us, how does it work technicaly?

stop evading. answer and proof your words.

What exactly is "it" that you need explained to you?

That BearShare reserves a host slot for another BearShare client? Host cache preferencing?

You don't even have the knowledge to ask a proper question. What is there to answer?
