No mention of this furor on the front of <A HREF="http://www.kazaa.com/">their web site</A>.

You will however notice that they are on their moral high-horse:

No, they're not making any money from <I>that</I> ... they make it all by sneaking some software onto users computers that turns them into distributed ad-servers!
