![]() I installed the packages java-1.1.8v1-24.i386.rpm, java2-1.3.1-85.i386.rpm, javadoc-1.1.3-65.i386.rpm, and javarunt-1.1.7v3-41.i386.rpm using YAST. I rebooted (just in case). Then I created the link (ln -s /usr/lib/jre1.3.1 /usr/lib/jre) like I read on the other site. It didn't work, so I tried installing LimeWire using the tarball (tar -zxvf LimeWireLinux.tgz) and got an error message (./runlime.sh: java: command not found) What more do I need to do to get Java in my path? eric |
