Default LimeWire creates extra directores in home directory.

I told LimeWire to put my download/shared directory in a different location off of the root of my home directory. (~/downloads/LimeWire)
and every time I start LimeWire it creates an Incomplete and a Shared directory on my ~/ directory.. Even though it NEVER uses them.. all the Temporary downloads go in ~/downloads/Incomplete and the finished downloads go in ~/downloads/LimeWire.
This is getting somewhat annoying as I have to delete these two directories all the time..

Also, is there/will there be a way to choose where the Incomplete directory is??

I am running LimeWire 2.4.4 on RH 7.2 with JRE 1.3.1.
