limewire 1.4b and mandrake 8.0
 

I can install limewire with mandrake 8.0

I launch the install program and give me and install error.

Not a binarie file and it's having problem with VM.

The files was D/L in bin mod and installed correctly on redhat 7.0...

Can some check this out...

I had the same problem and found you could solve it one of two ways:

Install a program called "ncompress" off of your mandrake installation cd. That is the method i used and it works well.

or

download the "LimewireOther.zip" from limewire.com and install that with a version of Sun's JRE. Limewire has instructions on how to do that at their site.
