Default Limewire Installation InvocationTargetException

This is the error I get when I go to install Limewire. I set my Java VM path. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Default A Long Time Ago...

A long time ago, I had received this error message just as you have. I uninstalled java and redownloaded a new fresh "package" (ie RPM or tarball) of java, did the necessary changes to make a properly installed java installation as described in "The Solution To All Install Problems", and then ran limewire and everything worked. I think you, like myself, had clicked on the wrong package. I can't remember which one but I think it had something to do with the Netbeans IDE COBUNDLE by mistake. HTH
