I'm curious why you've posted about 2 identical questions in quite different sections of the forum on the same day.

Are you a Bearshare/Limewire user? Is your Operating System Linux?

In order to upload you need to have share folders. For LW (& I'm not sure about the Linux version here), then go to LW's menu Tools-Options & Sharing. Press the Add button & select a folder to share. Then press the apply & ok buttons.

I accidentally put saving in the last direction instead of sharing, have now changed it. After you've added your 'Sharing' folders & pressed Apply button, go to LW's Library window & press the Refresh button. Now you'll see your shared folders listed at the top left & LW is ready for sharing them. At the bottom left of LW you'll see a number that represents how many shared files you have.
