Default LimeWire and Window settings in Linux

ok I have gotten limewire to run properly the first time in RedHat Linux 7.1 but the problem is
after I exit and then try to restart the Limewire window in which Limewire exisits gets huge and some of the tabs and you can't see and like 20% of the gui is dissapeared if anyone has had this problem and figured out which file to hack to keep the gui in a proper size window let me know please.
