Cool Where is Limewire listed?

Hello,

I am on Mandrake 10.2 Ltd Edition 2005.
I am a new user of Linux, but when installating the RPM package of Limewire Pro things seems to go fine because I have a msg confirming the complete installation...

The question is where is it installed so that I can launch it?
I don't see it anywhere...
I know it aint Windows but I would thought that it would be added to the already listed programs of Mandrake...

Any clues?

Thanks,
Trevor

Open the terminal and type limewire or runLime.sh..Might have to be root in the term so type su then press enter then enter your password and press enter..It should start then..do a search in your files to find where its located, then you can make a desktop link (search mandriva fourms for more info)..

Being as its Pro, you paid for support i belive..

Most of the times it puts it in the Internet part of your start menu.
And java was installed first correct?

You are fantastic, I did not think it would be so easy really... I was even able to add previous folders from my old Windows system...

The old downloads were picked up by the Linux version and contnued where it was left before...

Now I need to get around creating a short cut for Limewire...

Thanks,

Trevor

Cool, glad to hear all is well for you..Shortcuts are really easy and if you look at kde-look.org's site you will find a couple of slick icons to use for your desktop with LW..
