Default LimeWire using 100% CPU after some time

When I start Limewire (newest version using java 1.5.6_u6) after some time itīss use 100% of my CPU, and the interface becomes unresponsive. After about a minute this will go away and limewire wilkl continue as usual. But this behaviour repeats every few minutes.
Is this a known problem or what can I do. I thought about buying pro to get technical support but if this could be solved here it would of course be even better

If that doesn't work you can try Java 6, it is a beta but it works fine on my machine.

Iīve tested it also with update 5 and itīs the same (I actually upgraded because I thought this may fix it).
Iīll try it with java 6.0 beta but if it doesnīt work I think Iīll have to buy it *g

Unfortunately, the same thing happens with LimeWire Pro. I'm going to try downloading Java 6 too, but I sort of doubt it'll help...

BTW AFAIK LimeWire will not use Java 1.6 beta if you have other versions of Java on your system (for windows users.) So you'll need to remove them 1st. I presume Java 1.6 works ok on Linux.

Another way to reduce drag on LW & your system is to do this: Tip: Purge the Downloads Queue!. That instruction is by a mac user but same principle applies.
