Hello i need help

hello i was tryin to send my music from my other computer (wth no linux) to this one with linux and the file went through but i dont know how to open it let alone make it work :P

i would appreicaite (bad spellign) if you would help me with some suggestions
i am rather new to linux i have had it for not even 24 hours yet but i know a little bit
i have downloaded limewire, bashee, amsn in code and well it boosted my confidence lvl on linux
