Angry My network isnt connecting to limewire. help please!

Everytime I get on limewire and I try to download some music or photos and it always says "your network is not fully connected" I dont know what that really means. Ive tried everything. Im not sure if its my firewall or somthing but I even turned that off as well.

please help.

that you for lime wire even though it is not connecting to my network wat eva that means it was working but i dont know what happend
