![]() Do you use KDE? Gnome? I'm assuming that you've already tried to make one and it didn't work??? Or do you not even know where to start? (It's very simple) For KDE, right click on the desktop, and create a new link to an application. Then use runlime as the application to link to. I made Clean Limewire icon friendly and even added an icon into the package. Hopefully Limewire LLC will do the same. |

![]() Your problem might be that when Limewire starts, it isn't in the right directory. Instead of making a link, you could try writing a simple shell script that will change the path, /then/ start Limewire, and then link to that with a pretty LimeWire icon. Here's a sample shell script, of course all the directory names etc. might be wrong... #!/bin/sh cd /usr/local/limewire runLime.sh That might be it, but it might not. Worth a try tho. |
