I have a friend that has been trying to download LW but gets this problem, message,: error creating or opening an archive. Unsupported Archive format(1) I told her Id ask in the forum...any ideas?? also if she cant get limewire to open, then would she be able to read thru this forum??are they connected?..

if you're using Stuffit Deluxe, don't. if you must, try adding .zip to the end of the filename.

you would have better luck, however, if you used Stuffit Expander, or Stuffit Lite: http://www.stuffit.com/stuffit/lite/.
