Final Cut Pro3.0 with osx???can't install! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 

i can't install fcp3.0 on my mac... he searches a system id that i do not have... over the terminal (imhostid) it does neither work! (-->command does not exist!).... what can i do? please... if you know something, give me a hint!!!!

yeah, I've tried all the tricks mentioned and no luck.
Resedit, bbedit, terminal etc.
nothing! I am also very frustrated. There are some ***** out there that are having a ball.

I think Final Cut will not work from download
 

I don't actually use Final Cut, but I heard through a friend that the new Final Cut requires CD access to check for some verification stuff. They did this to specifically keep people from lifting it. From my understanding you have to actually install the CD into the drive everytime you want to start Final Cut. After your sessions starts, you can take the CD out (nothing actually runs from the CD; they put some weird key/ID requirements for startup of the program only).
