Lightbulb wrong standard Upload bandwidth?

Limewire suggests four types of connections: Modem, DSL, T1, T3.

I use DSL. Limewire seems to expect a DSL to offer an Upload bandwidth of 42 KB/s.
(pull the upload-bandwidth percentage lever, it will show you 100% = 42 KB/s).

In fact, my provider allows only ca. half upload bandwidth than LimeWire expects to have.

Could this wrong assumption be reason for Limewire crashing in Ultrapeer mode?
