Playing the File

I have successfuly downloaded some files, but they will not "launch". at the bottom of the library window there is no "play" button or anything else that resembles the normal BOTTOM of that (Library) window. Also how do you move the files into the "new folders" once the folders are in and named? -Tim Kiley
