Wink

drag and drop onto your icon on the desktop (if you have it) for instant play!!
if not just double click on the MP3 when limewire playback is unchecked,,and you can play and share at the same time!

The best way to tansfer the files between LW and Itunes:

1. Have all DL's going to the shared folder
2. Put the shared folder (in Home) onto the dock
3. Go into the Home (or sherlock if you can't find it), find the itunes music folder, and put this also onto the dock
4. After you DL an MP3 click the shared and the Itunes music folders in the dock to bring both windows open onto the screen
5. In the shared folder click the songs you wan't and drag them into the itunes folder
6. Now go to the itunes music folder drag those same songs right onto the itunes icon in the dock and they will then be in itunes for you to burn

p.s. you can drag the mp3's straight from the shared folder onto the itunes icon. this saves you a step, but i have found that if you don't keep a copy of every song you get from LW in the itunes music folder, occasionally songs will get lost

Lightbulb iTunes Download Folder

I created a download folder inside of my iTunes Music folder. I download into this folder. That way i can drag from this folder into iTunes (or double click on the Mp3 file) and iTunes will move the file from my download folder automatically (if "Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized" is checked in iTunes' preferences). This also helps if I find that a file is corrupt or bad I can delete it from my iTunes library and it iTunes trashes the bad file for me. I don't have to go into my Limewire shared folder and delete that file too.

Here's the catch: iTunes 3 will delete any folder within your iTunes music folder that is empty, so If all files are moved to your library and your downlaod folder is left empty, it will be trashed, and Limewire won't know where to put your downloads. To combat this simply create an empty folder called HOLD (or whatever) and leave it inside your iTunes dowload folder.
