Can't open some files with itunes
 
When I installed OS X, I kept some old mp3 files that I had downloaded from Limewire. I d/l some software that made itunes understand that it was an mp3 file. I forgot what that download was and now I can't open a bunch of mp3 files. Can anyone help me?
