shared file initialization?

Every time I restart LW (2.5.5 for OSX) it has to go through all my shared files and "load" them into the library. For example, when I start up I am sharing 1 file, then 2, then an hour later I am finally sharing all my files.

Is this true for everyone? Because if so, it's really annoying, and it's eventually going to drive me to share less files.

there is a file called fileurns.cache in the limewire folder that caches all that information so that it doesn't have to "intialize" shared files each time. maybe that file got corrupted or you don't have one at all? i deleted that file once to force it to recreate it again and it took about 10 minutes. after that, each time i started limewire it only took a few seconds to initialize all my shared files.

I never had that problem until I downloaded 2.6.3. Now it takes forever.

I tried out the suggestion of deleting the fileurns.cache in the limewire folder. It still takes half an hour each time I start up Limewire.
