"Keep approx. * connections" not working... I will change that setting to "10", and it would usually attempt to keep that many connections. All of a sudden now, I will walk away for just a few minutes, come back, and it's back down to 3!! Why? It's disrupting current downloads too! Does anyone know why this might be happening? Thank you for ANY info. |
Ditto that. When I'm not searching, and my upload slots are full, I'd just assume leave my number of connections at 2, just so I'm not blowing that much bandwidth for no reason. I understand wanting to remain connected in this condition (so people can queue up for when the upload slots free up), but keeping 3-6 in this case is silly. To get only two connections, I have to modify the number 3 to 2, then kill an existing connection. If I wander away for a while, it's back up to 3 connections (though the box still says 2) and keeps it that way. It's like the program knows better than I -- while that may be the case, it's certainly not what I've instructed it to do. |
