Angry kernel crash during limewire startup

I've used Limewire for ages with absolutly no problems but all of sudden now I can't start it up at all. When I start up the program it seems like all is good and right before its loaded everything freezes and I get black writing all down my screen about kernel stuff and so forth. At the bottom it says to press "q" to quit or "r" to restart but none of it works. I have to re-boot my computer.
Any ideas? I also have this error message in simpletext on my desktop which appeared out of nowhere.

Have this problem occaisionally. One thing seems to work for me - Delete all files in the "INCOMPLETE" folder.
