The installer at the address you give, has the same problem: it stall at 2/3 of the install progress [=========| ]. May be it is related with the new security update and others affecting Java on OSX 10.2.1.

I'm actually not at all sure what's happening with your particular install. The posted installed is intended to fix the topic of this thread -- settings not being saved between sessions.

As for the separate installer issue, you should be able to find error files in your trash after the install fails. I'd be happy to take a look if you send them to afisk@limepeer.com.

I had the same problem with an ibook 700 16 VRAM, First 9.2.2, then installed 10.2 and updated to 10.2.1

When I try the new Limewire pro beta I get the following Error massage either when I'm done with the setup at the start, or when I hit Apply after changing my preferences.

it's nice to know that someone is checking this out. i get the same error message with the new beta installer, and the setup wizard still shows up each startup...

Just to jump on the bandwagen, I have the same problem with limewire, I have ox 10.2.1, my computer is just out of the box as of two days ago. The startup wizard runs each time I startup Limewire, no matter if I have restarted the computer or not. I have reinstalled several times and, I've noticed that I get two text files on my desktop after installing Limewire one called err.txt and the other called out.txt (this one is blank). The err.txt file is as follows:
