Resizing Limewire Window I don't know whether I'm repeating myself because before I sent my previous message I registered myself as a new user and my message disappeared. What I said was that for the past few days whenever I log on to limewire the window, or interface, or whatever it's called is so large that I can't use the buttons at the bottom to download anything. Of course this also means that I can't get to the corner to resize the window. How do I resize the window? I'm using Mac OS X 10.1.5 on my 933 Mac Computer. |
If the edges of the window aren't resizable by dragging them, then quit LimeWire and lower the APP_HEIGHT value in the limewire.props file. Other related variables in case you need to do more adjustments are WINDOW_X, WINDOW_Y, and APP_WIDTH. The former two settings appear to be where the upper-left corner of the window is. |
resizing limewire I can't find the limewire.props file. Is it the same as the display.props file. I tried opening the display.props file but I couldn't find the right application to open it. However the problem solved itself. When I restarted the computer all the Apple icons were tiny. So was the Limewire window, so I resized it in the normal way. Strange things are happening. I think I'll check the Apple website for an answer as why the icons change sizes on their own. |
